Join our team! Wags West is hiring a part-time Upper West Side Dog Walker. Wags West is a local, established and well-regarded pet care company with loyal clients who value great, personal care for their pets. We are looking for a new team member who loves animals and is interested in a part-time position to supplement their income. This is a great job for creative professionals (musicians, artists, writers...) Responsibilities: • Walk each dog (up to three at a time) for 30 or 45 minutes using Wags West dog walking app. • Ensure each dog's basic needs are met after the walk: check water, towel off after rain, etc. • Send daily emails to clients regarding dog's activity level and behavior during the walk. • Communicate with office daily: checking schedule, providing updates, etc. Qualifications: • Previous experience in animal care or other related fields • Passion for animals, especially dogs • Ability to interact with animals in a calm manner • Ability to work independently while also being a good team member • Available to work a regular p/t daily shift of 15-25 hours.
