Can be used as a music lesson room, practice space, or just as a private office space to work, write, make videos, etc. Close to downtown, BART, UC Berkeley. $180/day per month (meaning that's the cost that covers all 4-5 weeks of the single day). Compare to lesson room rentals that can cost up to $20/hour! 24 hour access (no loud music past 9), NO DRUMS at all by request of the owners who live in the attached house.
