Carpet Cleaning Company has immediate cleaning technician and/or helper available for our growing cleaning team in Maryland or Virginia. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR TECHNICIAN POSITION a minimum of 5 years. Must have valid and clean driving record if considered for technician not assistant technician. Able to read, write, and speak fluent English. Comprehensive understanding of information to communicate to clients. Well groomed, reliable with excellent customer service skills. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with two Saturdays a month. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Overtime available. The earning potential for a service technician is up to $48,000 plus a year based your passion and motivation. Salaries listed are for experienced technicians, assistants technicians rates are based on job duties. Some responsibilities include: Oriental Rug Cleaning Tile & Grout Cleaning Air Duct Cleaning Pet Odor Procedures Upholstery Cleaning Water Damage is a plus but not required Carpet Repair is a plus but not required Marble or Stone Maintenance a plus but not required Hardwood Floor Maintenance a plus but not required Please enclose your RESUME.
