Office Space Needed for 501c3 Mental Health org

We are a 501c3 that deals with mental health and specially a little-known condition called Avoidant Personality (Avp). We are very small right now, but are growing quickly. Avp affects around 400 million people worldwide. There are another 200 million Loved Ones that are trying to be in a successful relationship with someone that has, or they suspect has, Avp. We are run out of the home right now, but its time to grow. We are in need of an office space. Since we are a nonprofit 501c3, we are hoping for a full or partial donation, but would also consider paid rent depending on the cost. We also need a studio that we can hold our podcast out of. We also need a space to hold video interviews. If you have, or know of such a space, please let us know.
