Production Assistant / Personal Assistant Needed

Description

Event producer needs production assistant and personal assistant for a 4-month gig. Duties include office work, helping keep organized, taking notes on phone/zoom calls, creating documents (esp Excel), contact with professionals on my team around the country. Also includes personal business, such as errands and home organization. Should be strong and capable of helping lift and move some heavy items around the house and office. Should have a car with insurance. Ability to travel on occasion is preferred, but not required. If you have production experience in TV, film, live events, or theater, that's a plus but not required.
