Additionally as part of our "new normal" we have established new health and safety policies that we expect all employees to adhere to which include: daily temperature readings/wellness check, practicing social distancing, frequent hand sanitizing and wearing personal protective gear. Full Time, Part Time Warehouse Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for consideration Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift at least 50lbs General Description of Duties: Warehouse organization Loading customer vehicles Store maintenance/cleanliness Unloading furniture deliveries Light Furniture Assembly Order picking General labor A Successful Candidate for This Position Will Be: Results driven Service focused Honest and demonstrate integrity A good communicator Proactive and a positive team player **** Customer Service Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service. Handle multiple responsibilities such as phones, meet & greet, cashier duties and balance customer priorities. Efficiently schedule customer's deliveries/pick ups to meet their needs. Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request. Support sales and operations team members to ensure that our vision of enhancing the customer shopping experience is realized. Proactively resolve escalated customer issues. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment. Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone. Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently...
