I need help with cat

Hello.. I recently moved to las Vegas area.. I took in stray male cat.. I ended up falling in love him i believe he loves me too.. But i am having a issue. Im older and on a fix income. My income is $1400. A month And rent is $1150. A month The cat needs to neuter and shots etc... low income vet. Said it would be about $145. For everything he needs.. Unfortunately i can't afford to take to take cat to vet.. So is their any animal's lover willing to help me??? So i may keep the cat and keep him healthy. Please this cat is all a old has..
