I am in need of someone to work around my home. The work consists of planting some plants, spreading mulch, pressure washing, painting, coating driveway, and a few other tasks. I won't ask anyone to do something that I wouldn't do. I need someone who is mature and responsible. You must be honest and reliable. If we agree to start at a certain time I expect you to be on time. I am looking for someone with average or above homeowner skills. If you've never picked up a paint brush or you're unfamiliar with basic home maintenance, this is not for you. I need someone with some weekday availability as well. I will pay $20 per hour, cash. I'm fairly easy going and I don't think I'm difficult to work with. When I find the right person I hope to form an ongoing work relationship.
