We are a subcontractor for Frazier’s Carpet One seeking help with installing many products including: ceramic/porcelain tile, nail down/glue down hardwood, custom showers, luxury vinyl tile/plank, laminate flooring, custom steps, and more. Any experience in these products is appreciated but not necessary. You’d have to be reliable and able to meet me at the job or Frazier’s at 4501 western avenue. Jobs are usually within 30 miles of Frazier’s, around Knoxville/West Knox. I generally consider experience and one day of work to decide starting pay and give raises based on effort and improvement. I’m interested in making/hiring installers not unskilled labor. I’d be paying you by the hour on Fridays via check with a 1099 at the end of the year. You’d be a subcontractor. I never work on Saturday. Generally, we’re 8-430 or 830-5. Generally around 40 hours weekly pending jobs. I coach sports so I usually can’t work late. I’m sorry but I can’t hire felons.
