help! guinea pig care

i have a 1.5 yr old male guinea pig that i need to rehome or surrender. i can't afford the potential medical bills if he got sick because of COVID. all of the shelters around are full. about him: hes a playful, chunky boy who does not do well with other male piggies. he loves timothy and oat hay, herbs, bell pepper, and carrot. he needs more practice getting his toenails clipped, but he did great for a bath and is not a biter. he's very expressive and will wheek and wheek if he thinks you have a treat. he's a great little guy i just dont have the tools to give him his best life right now. he comes with his cage with all his toys and hides and remaining food. i'm asking for a rehoming fee of $75 to ensure that whoever takes him can afford him, as well as for his stuff. somewhat negotiable.
