Good Morning, We are currently looking for competent, qualified, and high-performing subcontractors to join our team! We have more than enough work and projects to keep you busy all year long. Most of our projects are Residential (one and two-story row homes) triplexes, multi-family apartment buildings, and mixed-use buildings that typically have commercial spaces on the ground level. The top three qualities that we are looking for: -License and Insurance (must be able to pull Permits NO EXCEPTIONS) -Must be able to Bid from a set of Blueprints -Must be able to Build from drawings MUST MUST MUST!!!! The work is here and we are looking to build solid, lasting relationships but we need reliable subs.
