Seeking a puppy

I've spent much of the day weeding through puppy scammers and I just want to find someone honest. I'm looking for a puppy (up to 4 months old) to join our family. I prefer a hypoallergenic pup but I'm open to other small to medium breeds. I'd like to meet the dog first and see if they're a good temperament match. I have a crate already and bowls, just need the pooch to go with it. I'm able to pay a small rehoming fee but can't afford breeder rates.
