Requires: Must be able to be on feet 8 hours long Must follow directions Background Check Required Barista Position Consist Of: - Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers - Selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies - Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. - Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner - Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service - Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness Cashiers Position Consist Of: - Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area - Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times - Follow rules and regulations of The Word in Action - Provide great customer service - Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner. Bussers / Food Runners Position Consist Of: - Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner - Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests - Clearing dishes / silverware off the table when guest leaves - Cleaning tables, chairs, and environment - Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service - Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness Shifts Available: - 6am-2:30pm - 7am-3:30pm - 4pm-9pm Wage: $12/hr-$13/hr If you are interested in becoming part of our LGC Team Apply Today!
