Frank is a good boy. he's energetic and loves being outside. He loves to communicate with you and gets excited when it's food time. he's funny and just needs love and attention. I am moving and unable to bring him with me. He did like to bug my older cat when he wanted to play, but he is overall a good boy. He has never hissed at me or my other cat since I've had him. I don't know if he would be good with dogs or not as I don't have any. He's fixed & must go to a good home
