ISO adult small dog or pair

Our chihuahua passed right after Christmas and we really miss having a small dog around. We have cats, so it must get along with them, and I do prefer housetrained. Otherwise, I don't care about breed, age, gender, etc etc. Just a dog that needs a home! I'm willing to pay a rehoming fee, but not a super high sell price. We have a fenced in yard, we go on walks and to the dog park regularly, and we have a lot of love to give. I also work from home so they would never be alone. Just let me know :)
