Looking for a self motivated, responsible, experienced maintenance worker with knowledge of painting, drywall, light electrical, light plumbing, siding, gutter repairs, and all kinds of misc. general repairs. The right candidate must be able to climb a ladder, have a valid drivers license, able to speak English, own tools, phone, and a reliable truck or van. This is a full time position. Experience is a must! A truck or van may be available for the right person.
