2004 Jaguar XK8: I need 1 PART & YOUR LABOR? PLUGS, COIL, ?

Hi there - I have the PLUGS & COILS but DO NOT HAVE THE Silver thingy on the photo; I've been told its a fuel filter, a fuel regulator and/or damper - and, I can't get it off. Anyway **** it's LEAKING FUEL !!!!! Can you find a replacement? Then, bring it over, INSTALL it, and CHANGE my PLUGS and COILS too. (oil/filter also?) 2004 Jaguar, XK-8 - probably best if you have Jag xk8 experience - especially with old ones. (if you can find the part Sunday, let's do it!) (by the way, if you were one of the very nice people that replied-maybe even pointed out that it was NOT a fuel regulator - thanks; i thought it was easiest to repost with more pictures to help find the right part.) Thanks!
