We are looking for a person for to fulfill online orders packing terrarium kits, succulents & air plants.
We have 2 locations: DTLA & Hacienda Heights.
This position requires to work mostly at Hacienda Heights location, however you might be asked to work at DTLA location on some days.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, processing and shipping daily orders.
* Customer service & answering online messages regarding orders.
* Ensures shipping accuracy.
* Process online returns and exchanges.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Take care of other duties as assigned.
* Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting, loading and unloading of 10+ pounds.

Requirements
* Honest, hard working, and work efficiently
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have no criminal records
* E-Commerce experience (preferred but not required)
* Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
* Must be time-oriented, extremely efficient, reliable and self-motivated
