I would say Law has become a joke in America and that is true.
Not reading the Constitution aside
Laws are written by Lawyers, and mostly to benefit the
law firms they have or will work for.
That not withstanding,
We see all those Legal commercials, suing every pharmaceutical
company that has brought some type of medicine to the public
to ease pain, prolong life.
The latest is the suit against those pharmaceutical using "TDF"
this has something to do with weakening of the bone..
You knew that "Aids" has no cure, it for all intents is a death
sentence. Since 1981 over 38 million people have died from "AID's". A virus that is 98% preventable, but AIDs was made
into a political football back in 1981.
My point is this, no "medicine" is perfect, no medicine
works for all people equally. Hell in some commercials for
medicine the side effects seem worse then the disease, at least
they tell you this.
So these legal eagle Law Firms should be held accountable
for this suits that tie up courts for months if not years.
Law firms right now are suing companies for not releasing
drugs, is that not the kettle calling the pot black...
For decades we Americans were protected to some extent
by the FDA, and the testing methods they insisted on, but
even FDA has become a political football, drugs on put on the
market because of what a News show says, or an article in the
paper or magazine.
To end this, I am not saying a person does not have a
right to take what ever drug or medicine he wishes, but at his
own risk.
I remember the furor over Steve McQueen, he was
diagnosed with a couple types of cancers and there was no help
for him, so we went to Mexico to take Laetrille made from the
pit of peaches... He died. but he had the right to try
It's a wonder that some law firm did not sue the Peach industry..
