Charleston Sailing School/Charleston Powerboat rentals is seeking a dockhand to start ASAP. Email with a resume and some basic info about your boating background. Requirements: -experience operating center console powerboats in the 18'-21' range 
 -hard working and self-motivated -weekend availability Main duties include: -Managing powerboat rentals (boats on and off jetdocks, boat and chart briefing for renters, washing and refueling) -Turning over our larger cruising sailboats (34ft-54ft) after classes and charters (washing, spot waxing) Additional duties: -Assisting captains and maintenance staff with basic maintenance and rigging jobs (this is a great opportunity to learn) -some help with boatyard jobs if you're available and interested (bottom painting, sanding) Ideal candidate is ok with hard work and is self-motivated. We are very busy in the spring and summer and the job is fast-paced. It's a great opportunity for a young guy/gal to get their foot in the door in the maritime industry. Full time is ideal but summer/seasonal is OK too for the right candidate. We're based at the Charleston City Marina in downtown Charleston.
