Join us for a sweaty beach bootcamp out in front of Belmont Park in Mission Beach followed by brunch at Beach House!
Keara Christine will lead us through a 45 min beach bootcamp utilizing bodyweight circuits to build up a sweat and get your ready to take on the weekend!
Then after we cool down we'll head over to Beach House to refuel with brunch and a few drinks if you're feelin up to it! They will be giving us 15% off :)
We will start promptly at 10am so please plan to meet us on the beach by 9:50am (at the latest). That means leave yourself enough time to find parking!!
All you need to bring is a mat, some water, and maybe a friend or two!
