Join us in celebrating Benjamin Harrison’s 188th Birthday with free first floor tours and complimentary birthday treats! Fantastic re-enactors portray President Harrison and his family for an authentic experience in the home of our Hoosier President.  Take a first floor tour of this beautiful 10,000 sq.ft. Italianate Victorian family home of President Benjamin Harrison - our country's 23rd US President (1889-1893) and Indiana's only President. Built in 1875, the home is beautifully furnished with many of Harrison's paintings, furniture, and other artifacts including political memorabilia.  Tours start in the Welcome Center, located in the red barn behind the home.  If you can't stay for a full tour, join in on one of the two scheduled "From the Front Porch" tours* to hear stories from President Harrison himself! * These tours are entirely outdoors and therefore can accommodate more attendees at once.
