Looking to fill two positions for house flipping company. Located in Eden, NC 1. First position is for a General laborer for carpentry and construction for rehabbing houses. Must be fast learning and work at a fast pace but experience is not required. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. No drugs and testing is required. 2. The second position is for skilled labor - must have experience in the construction fields such as sheet rock install, flooring, framing, molding and trim, tile, plumbing, electrical etc. Must have a good knowledge of all phases of construction and carpentry. Pay is based on experience. Please do not waste my time if you are not dependable or can not pass a drug test. Reliable transportation and references are a must.
