Pool shed renovation needed

I have a small pool shed that needs way overdue work to get back into reasonable shape. Overall the shed is in decent condition. The 2 main things I need done are a new roof (existing plywood roof itself is good enough) and rebuilt front doors that are cracked and warped. I'd also like to have the shed painted. For the doors I was hoping we could replace with something vinyl, but wooden is fine too. It's a pool shed so it doesn't need to be perfect. I don't want to spend a ton a money of it, but it definitely needs work so anything will be an improvement. Hit me back if this is a job you could do for me. We can discuss a cost and/or hourly rate to get the work done. Very flexible here.
