Post-pandemic, post-Christian. What if the future of church isn't something to guess at but something you can discover and develop? Church Leaders, Let's not wait for the "church experts" to tell us what the future of church is. We can discover it for ourselves. You've had to skill up and reinvent on the fly while facing constant uncertainty and demonstrating what faith looks like in the midst of fear, panic, polarization, and unprecedented disruption. So, now, we're are all wondering about the future of the church - not out of fear but care. What does church look like in an ever-increasing digital, isolated, and divided society? Does it seem to you that God is reforming His Church on a scale like the Reformation? We may not have eyes to see it yet, but our kids and grandkids will. We have the chance to lead differently now, but what does that look like? How can we know? Are you interested in (re)gathering with your peers on May 19th to skill up once again to navigate your church's coming days? Our friend and city transformation mentor, Eric Swanson, is returning to Evansville after an 18 month hiatus. He has a practical crash-course for building a church operating system that moves people to your front door (physical or digital)and down a path to become a multiplier of you church's mission. As we learn to solve the five questions every church must ask (see image below), we'll gain the tools and processes we need to chart uncharted territory and uncovering the future of the community of people you lead. We miss being with you, in your presence, and we get the impression from you that you miss being with other church leaders, too. This time, we are super pumped and grateful to use Welborn's new space on the 15th floor of the 5/3 building downtown - with an amazing panoramic view!
