A workshop on gaining clarity by dropping out of your mind and into your body.
Do you ever find yourself sifting through your thoughts, endlessly analyzing decisions as simple as what to eat for breakfast? Finding yourself weighed down by all the “shoulds” that cloud the judgement of your intuition and deep, inner knowing?
Most of us live in this state in some capacity, because we are socialized, conditioned beings, simply trying to do right by ourselves and the world. But so often the very thing blocking us from empowerment, clarity, liberation, and vibrancy, is our own mind.
The conditioned mind draws us farther from our instinctual, intuitive bodies, and makes things foggy, confusing, and difficult when they could be far simpler.
In this workshop, Natalie Pulvino, yoga instructor and integrative wellness coach, will guide you through some of the most effective practices in getting out of your head and into your body to gain clarity, insight, and empowerment with your choices and decisions.
We’ll use asana, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and reflection as a means to unlock your inner knowing as your new guide.
