On May 9 we worship together in a socially distanced outdoor service with a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. Our worship service will be held in a Cook County Forest Preserve Picnic Grove. We ask that you please bring your own chairs for seating and plan to set up with a minimum distance of six feet from the other groups around you. Masks will be required throughout the service. We will provide communion, but also invite you to bring your own elements of bread and wine (or juice) if you are more comfortable doing so. All of the elements (church-provided and BYO) will be consecrated during the service. Parking is plentiful and the picnic grove is just a short walk from the parking lots. A portion of the grove is covered, but depending on the number of attendees, not everyone may fit within the shelter. Please plan accordingly and dress for the weather.
