We are seeking an experienced contractor to finish out our current remodeling project. It consists of two units at our triplex located in Inner SE Portland. Some of the work includes, but is not limited to: - Install hardware for cabinets (hinges + cabinet pulls) - Install microwave + vent - Install sliding closet doors - Install kitchen flooring (LVP) 180 sqft - Kitchen backsplash - Install bathroom vanity and toilet - Remove current trim and install new trim throughout - Light plumbing and electrical work Must supply own tools.
