Looking for a personal driver to occasionally drive me to errands

Hi there! So as you may know, the Uber/Lyft shortage has been ridiculous lately. Usually weekdays aren’t so bad but weekends are worse, and it’s just generally hit or miss with long wait times all around, since the surge pricing got banned. I generally try to leave a few minutes early but the apps will be misleading and predict a “10 min wait” for example, and then after requesting the ride it will show the driver as 20 mins away. I’m curious if anyone out there would like to just directly schedule rides with me - I could pay you via PayPal, cash, Zelle, etc. There are a few consistent weekly things I go to but for the most part I don’t have a set schedule. I would ideally like to build a network of a few drivers I could reach out to on a regular basis, with some reasonable notice, and see who’s around to give me a ride somewhere. I’m only travelling within the Cambridge/Somerville/Boston urban areas (Watertown is the furthest out I would be going), so no worries about going out too far. If it’s easier for you I can also work to have a more consistent schedule weekly. Also would be nice to have a few reliable people I could call to give me a ride home after going out for dinner/drinks on weekends. Happy to negotiate a fair price with you, probably more than you’d be getting driving Uber/Lyft. I’m actually seeing an apartment tomorrow afternoon at 3pm, so that could be our first ride if you’re free! Please let me know if this interests you, and thank you.
