The community decided NBHS Seniors DESERVE a prom. *Not a school sponsored event* NBHS Seniors are invited to “ A Night on the Red Carpet”, the unofficial senior prom, hosted and sponsored by local businesses and community members. CK Entertainment is providing music and PhotoBooth, Strange & Son’s catering will be providing snacks and refreshments all hosted at the gorgeous Copper Ridge on the Neuse. This event is not in anyway sponsored or endorsed by New Bern High School or Craven County Schools. We are limiting the number of tickets sold to allow for proper distancing. There will be indoor and outdoor spaces, masks and sanitizer will be available. Prom was a memorable experience for everyone and an important milestone in everyone’s high school journey, our students, especially seniors, have sacrificed so much of their high school experience, they DESERVE a chance to dress up and dance the night away. Given the short notice, attire does not have to be formal, but we ask that you “dress to impress”. Tickets will be sold to NBHS Seniors first, then Juniors as available. Guests of NBHS students must be a CRAVEN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT (Havelock, Epiphany and West Craven students may attend as the guest of a NBHS student) ID will be required for entry. There will be law enforcement on site to ensure safety, as well as chaperones. We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness you do not attend.
