Looking for Keyboard/Synth

I have a startup reggae/dub project looking for a keyboard and/or synth player to fill out the sound. So far there’s 3 of us on drums / bass / rhythm guitar and we’re barely starting to put some ideas together for some originals. I’d really love to have someone come in that can be a driving force behind coming up with chord progressions and the general direction of the songs. This is a good opportunity for those of you that would like to have a large creative influence on the sound. If you can sing that would be a big plus, but we can always get a dedicated vocalist down the line or perhaps keep it instrumental if not. As a bassist I’m inspired by roots style players like Aston Barrett, Errol Holt, and especially Robbie Shakespeare. Because of this the sound will probably at least start out coming close to some of the below bands, however I’m a firm believer in crafting a band’s sound out of the inherent players and their influences, so I’d rather see what develops naturally between the chemistry of the individuals than force any specific sound. That being said, think these bands as a rough guideline: Roots Radics, Sly and Robbie, Scientist, 10 Ft Ganja Plant, Augustus Pablo, Black Uhuru, Burning Spear, King Tubby, and I guess I have to throw in the Wailers haha. I also enjoy some more unusual styles of dub from bands like Vlastur, Aswad, Dub Size, Sumac Dub, etc. We have a practice space available and ready.
