One day mini-retreat for women looking for a time to be refreshed and encouraged in their faith Find out ways to renew, refresh, and find your heart again at this year's Refresh - a one-day mini-retreat at La Mirada Christian Church for all women to enjoy a day of laughter and friendship, connecting with God and with one another.We'll start the day with a light buffet breakfast, worship, and an encouraging message. You'll be able to choose from among several topics for three different breakout sessions - crafting, personal development, and spiritual nourishment.After lunch, our afternoon session will leave you uplifted and truly refreshed through a time of worship, prayer, and a final talk. Believe it is not the end and God still has a plan.
