Come join us as we honor LT Michael Murphy and raise money for Load the Bar Foundation Load the Bar Foundation is a scholarship foundation established by William and Carri Myers in memory of their daughter Claire "Tator" Myers. Claire passed away at the age of 18 on January 20, 2021 as a result of an automobile accident. She was a beast on the barbell and an inspiration to all who knew her. She was a fierce competitor but always took the time to help and encourage other lifters. Load the Bar Foundation provides scholarships to female senior powerlifters towards their college education. All proceeds of this event will go to the Load the Bar Foundation. We ask all participants to pursue donations from friends, family and local businesses to go toward our goal of $2,500. The athlete/team and sponsor who donates the most money will receive special recognition.
