Reps are expected to: Complete at least five tarps per day.Clock-In using QuickBooks Time when you leave your house.Be at first appointment by 9am.Pay for their own gas to get to and from appointments.Take pictures via Company Cam inside of the project created for the customer. (Note: If there is not a customer in Company Cam for the roof you are tarping, please create the project and proceed with taking pictures).Include Pictures of: (Example to come)House NumberFront of the House (from the street)Roof Overview (Before Tarp)Damage Photos (Need to be up close and clear)Roof Overview (After Tarp)Close up on nailingAdd notes within Company Cam for special circumstances, such as, steep roofs or detaching and replacing a tarp.Ensure that no nails are left behind, so that we keep homeowners from stepping on nails.Complete Tarp Trackers throughout the day; documenting the date, address, start/finish time, and successfully taking / uploading pictures to Company Cam.Turn in Tarp Trackers every Friday before noon.
