Need non criminal legal assistance/advice

I receive SSI benefits and soon I will be receiving a $15,000 inheritance and I need to set up a special needs trust. I was told I could do it myself with the assistance of an attorney. It cost like $3,000 if the attorney does it all, that is way to much. I have $750 I would spend to have an attorney help me. I need to do this ASAP, and hope to hear from someone soon.
