I am looking for a reliable, reasonable handy person. Need skills to help with maintenance and improvements to my home.
Tasks such as :
Install replacement light bulb in the kitchen.
Install Rods for blackout curtains
Place and Secure sound muffle solutions such as bookcases. Explore other/ additional alternatives for sound blocking.
Hang a bamboo roll down screen on the lanai
Examine water pressure issues in the sink and replace them.
Fix vent fan in bathroom
Fix tighten none working electrical outlets.
Clean out vents, if possible.
So we have many projects.! We prefer a person with references, and that follows all safety precautions.
Please tell me a little about your experience and work in Sarasota. No smokers due to very serious health issues.
You must have your own equipment, insurance, and safety / protective measures such as goggles, booties, and mask.
Please give hourly rates and examples of work.
