Join us, Kirathesun and Bianca Procter, On this transformation workshop to center and align our minds,bodies, and souls. We welcome you to join our emersive workshop. Completely coming and stepping in, as we are, and accepting every aspect of our being. Silencing the mind and working directly with our subconscious and our bodies, to transmute and transform our everyday programs. This workshop will include many intention-filled practices that Bianca and I have poured our heart and soul into. 3:00pm - welcome circle 3:15 - opening prayer and infusing our intentions into the magikal Cacao 3:30 - drink and sing to Cacao, Om-ing and chanting together 4:00 - Bianca will lead our breathwork experience and guide us through a yoga flow. 4:45 - meditation + sound bath 5:30 - closing prayer and final songs of intention 6:00 - we will have a small market open where items from small businesses will be available, as well as private tarot and reiki sessions. We are so excited to hold this space and provide the healing that we all need to continue to grow and expand in love and light and healing 💙 If you are pregnant or on antidepressants, it is highly NOT RECOMMEND to consume large amounts of raw cacao. You can still receive the sound healing, partake in the event, and drink a small amount of cacao but please beware of the neurological effects of large amounts of raw cacao mixed with pharmaceutical medications.
