LINDENHURST, NY — As the construction of the multi-million dollar luxury apartment complex in Lindenhurst approaches completion, those hoping to move in can now start pre-leasing. The Wel is a 260-unit building located by the LIRR station on East Hoffman Avenue. The building has a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging in price from $2,100 to $4,700, depending on the unit. While an exact opening date for the complex has not yet been announced, pre-leasing began on April 10. The apartments available include one-bedroom lofts, units with massive arched windows, creek views, and balconies. The leasing office is currently doing tours by appointment only to maintain COVID safety and because it is an active construction site. Future residents can schedule a tour with a leasing agent, and hard hat tours are done when the construction team confirms people can walk through the building safety.
