CONNECTICUT — With Connecticut poised to ease some coronavirus restrictions in May, several fairs and festivals which were canceled last year due to the pandemic are preparing to make a comeback in 2021. Some protocols will remain in place, such as the need to continue wearing of masks or facial coverings in certain situations. But with vaccination rates remaining high in the state, organizers can begin to plan for their events with the confidence that attendees will be able to stay safe.
