PLEASE help

We found a 4 month old mastive german shepherd in distress, so we took to civano vet and had her looked at and 400 dollars later we got x-rays showing she has broken leg. Only given 2 options 2k for amputation or 5k for surgery. We don't have the money and it breaks my heart so I'm hoping someone would be interested in taking this beautiful dog. 14 weeks and as gentle as can be, gets along great with our 5 cats and 1 jack russell.
