Spartan Gutter Guards is a national company headquartered in Montana. We have the finest, strongest gutter guard on the market today. A Spartan installer will follow our process for ensuring home and business gutter performance by cleaning and rinsing gutters as needed, repitching/aligning as needed, and resealing the gutter system, then installing appropriate Spartan Gutter Guard on the system, and finally securing the guard with sheet metal screws. Must have: -Good working pickup. -Physical strength necessary to manage an extension or folding ladder. -Capability to cut sheet metal. -Ability to cut aluminum with a chop saw -Attention to detail. -Ability to travel in a 2-3 hour radius to do installs. Pay attention here: must be comfortable with heights, friendly with customers, and great attention to detail, assess risk, and ensure the safety of yourself, those around you, and customer property. Must have good common sense (ie, don't blast Iron Maiden at 130db from customer rooftops), Willing to train the right person. Drug users or alcoholics would not be appropriate for this role due to power tools, heights, and sharp things. We'd feel terrible and wouldn't be able to sleep if you fell off a ladder or cut your thumb off. Pay is excellent for work done, typically $300-$800 per day depending on speed and proficiency.
