Looking for baking services in a commercial kitchen to produce small batches of extruded cookies for the horse treat market. Approximately 1000 cookies per week and up as sales grow. A large Hobert mixer, extruder (preferred), and oven necessary. Please let us know your availability, location and approximate cost.
