Coach Brock: BACK 4 Tech Training Powered by ST.A.R.T. is a fully comprehensive position specific technique development academy. Instructor: Coach Brock $25/Session-2 Session Minimum The Purpose of Coach Brock: "Back 4 Tech Academy" Powered by ST.A.R.T. is to provide participants with the tools to fulfill their maximum potential at the Safety Position. The Academy will be designed for Youth age and HS age Student Athletes. Coach Brock and staff combine years of experience from coaching at the High School and Division 1 College level, with a ground up developmental approach with a pedagogical/process based curriculum to ensure that you are CAMP and FALL READY! Each program participant will receive a free Pre-Assessment (Film Evaluation), Zoom Meeting w/College DB Coache/s, Post-Assessment and GREAT instruction in the following areas of SAFETY fundamentals: -SAFETY Character Traits -Stance/Start -Movement/Mechanics (Pedal/Weave/Turns/Breaks etc.) -Man 2 Man-Off Emphasis (Eye Discipline, Eye Progression, Route Approach, Collision/Turn & Run at top of route, In-Phase, Ball Play) -Zone Drops (M.O.F., Off Hash, Curl Flat, Hook) -Keys/Run Fits (Low/Hi Hat-uncovered, Fit off Front) -Block Destruction -Tackling -Range/Ball Drills We will feature guest speakers, character development programming and alot of fun!
