Looking for Oscar Event and/or Party

I always watch the Oscars every year. I never miss it. In the past few years I would watch it at the Balboa Theatre or some other similar type setting. Do you know where I can attend a place to watch the Oscars? I have looked all over, and I cannot find any place.
