This is a great opportunity for someone who has some prior basic experience in construction, painting and/or plumbing and wants to grow and learn in the Home Improvement field with opportunity for advancement. Duties/Responsibilities: All steps involving our Glazing service (including loading vans, preparing and maintaining the job site, mixing and spraying glaze) - Training Provided All steps involving our Acrylic Bath Systems service (including removal of existing tubs, walls, etc., as well as, installation of new bath systems) - Training Provided Basic plumbing and fixture replacement - Training Provided Basic sheet wall demolition and construction Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization Complete and manage job related paperwork Safely travel to and from job site Interact positively with coworkers and customers Qualifications: Previous basic installation/remodeling experience preferred but not necessary Basic construction, painting, plumbing preferred but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Very personable with excellent communication skills Highly organized, responsible, mature attitude Flexible to work +40 hours and some evenings Well groomed appearance Benefits: Willing to train the right candidate Year-end bonus Company vehicle provided for the job Positive work environment Gas and Mileage reimbursement if applicable COVID-19 precautions: Personal protective equipment provided or required Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Visit our website to learn more about us:
