I'm offering free Health Coaching sessions. These sessions are based on the client's needs and personal goals in accordance with my Master's program classwork. If you or anyone could benefit from free sessions, please email your interest, and I will send you a link to the Health Coaching platform. All sessions will be held on Google Meets or Zoom only. All sessions are HIPAA protected.
