Fence project up for bid. 97’ to start, could equal more for a sharp installer. I’m buying all materials, you bid the labor. Site location is 2 minutes south of Hampden and Tamarac Dr. In your bid, please provide these labor costs and information separately- 1. Labor cost to demo and haul away all. 2. Labor cost to install all new as 6’ tall cedar with 6” wide pickets. Plan to screw in all rails and pickets with exterior screws I’ll provide. 3. Cost to pick up materials, including all cement, posts, rails, pickets, etc. Please respond here via email and provide your total labor cost for numbers 1 and 2 in a per foot price. Please have all tools, whether hand digging or mixing, providing or renting any desired tools. Even if using an auger you would need a post hole digger to clean up the holes before setting posts. All posts 4”x4” set in cement depth 30-32”, but I want a 6”x 6” post at the end of the long fence at the intersection of the ‘T’. Both gates to get 3 hinges each, but south side I prefer to be a 4’ wide gate. Also include how soon could you start, and how long do you think you’ll need to complete?
