(Do not call # provided immediately, please text first. I don't answer unrecognized numbers and I don't check my voicemail. It's 2021- we all know the spam calls are out of control.) First of all, just under a year old and he's very sweet. Easily one of the most loving dogs I've ever met and he's great with kids(previous owner had kids+neighborhood kids). Our son is 7 and our daughter is 2 and sure he's bumped into her, but he has yet to do anything towards either of them that wouldn't be expected from a dog in play. Here's the deal. I'm not one to bullshit people, so if you're interested you need to know the cons. The previous owner, or their son, very obviously fed him people food. He does eat his own food and while he won't try to snatch food off your plate, good luck getting any peace. Furniture was essentially fair game and he was not properly house broken. You can take him out 20 times and he'll still wait until he gets back in to go. I've been around dogs of all types of breeds my whole life so I was prepared to do some obedience training, but the amount of work required he'd be better off sent to a program/school or need someone with more time on their hands than I have. I know that makes him sound unappealing, but between his age and the breed of dog he is- the potential is there for him to be a fantastic partner, but unfortunately at this point I'm out of resources and patience to see that through- shame on me. I'm asking a rehoming fee of $1000. That's what I paid for him specifically, not including what I've bought and he's destroyed(which tops the rehoming by a mile). He comes with a kennel, an obedience collar(sound, vibrate, shock), a blanket he's become extremely fond of, and whatever food and treats are left when you get him. Again, he's not a demon dog. We do enjoy him, but he just requires way more effort than I was originally told and rather than yell and potentially mistreat him, especially around my kids, I'd rather find him a home that'll either be closer to what he's used to or put forth to get him in shape.
