Are you looking for someone to rent your property during the hot summer months, and/or to housesit and watch over your home while you are not there this summer? (I can water your plants, show your property if it is for sale, etc.) I am over 55, reliable, neat and clean, have owned my own income property in the past, in Wisconsin, so I definitely know what a landlord is looking for... I will take excellent care of your property, I am quiet, & a non-smoker... I'm looking to rent a 2-3 BR, 2-3 BA, Home, condo, or apartment either on first floor or in a property with an elevator.... I can rent from June or July 1st, 2 to 6 months, I am very flexible... I have lived full-time in Naples and also Marco, so I know the area....
