Midnight is 7 yrs old and weighs 10 pounds. She is healing nicely and ready to start looking for a new home. Midnight needs a patient home to give her time to feel safe. She was surrendered to a shelter after her dog sister attacked her. Unfortunately she lost her eye due to the injury. Midnight did test positive for heartworm and has begun treatment. In a few weeks, she will need an injection from one of our rescue friendly vets. 30 days after her first injection, she will need another vet visit for 2 more injections. The rescue pays for her heartworm treatment. You just need to provide a safe, quiet home for her to recover. Midnight is a very sweet girl that loves attention. She has gotten along well with the other dogs in rescue. She enjoys barking at the cat but is all bark lol. She would do best with someone that is home often. She gets vocal when left alone but not destructive.
